		<description>Nice post. I agree that the focus of a lot of the mainstream media outlets is not in sync with the interests of their readers. We&#039;re starting to see new web ventures try to solve this, and other problems that exist in the news industry. Given that this is an industry that still hasn&#039;t been completely disrupted by the internet, I really believe that the best is yet to come. We&#039;re trying to play our small part at NewsCred, which is soon to launch.
